How to view multiple workbook in Microsoft excel 2010

When you are working on multiple Microsoft excel 2010 workbook, it difficult to switch between workbooks, rather it’s more appropriate to say it’s difficult to compare, or read both workbooks because you need to switch between them. Microsoft excel 2010 gives the option to view both workbooks together without switching between them, view the diagram below to see how it is done.

Go to view tab in Microsoft Excel 2010, and then click on Arrange all, a new window will open

In this window you have the option to chose, how you want to arrange your workbooks, let’s chose horizontal

Now you can see multiple workbooks at same time, to active the workbook click on the body or bar of that workbook.
